Welcome to the World Of
Trust Innovator
The Trust Innovator certification serves as the digital trust passport for food and beverages, creating added value for the consumer (consumer value) by enhancing their reliability in the market.

By scanning a simple QR code on each product, whether in a physical store or an e-shop, consumers can gain immediate access to detailed information about the product they are purchasing.
Our vision is a world where consumers can easily access trustworthy information about the key characteristics of the products they choose, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and authenticity.
Choosing everyday products:
Focus on everyday consumer products.
Publication of analyses and tests:
The analyses comply with applicable European and national legislation.
Easy and Understandable Access:
Scanning the unique QR code of each product, with immediate access to all necessary information.
Product certification is accompanied by a unique QR code, which ensures:
The process is structured to ensure the absolute reliability of quality and safety analysis results.
It begins with random sampling of finished products from points of sale twice a year, depending on the product category. These samples are then subjected to strict chemical and microbiological analyses, in accordance with the predefined tests outlined in each company's cooperation agreement with the Laboratory of Food Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
All procedures are conducted under the supervision and coordination of the scientific director of the NKUA Food Chemistry Department, Mr. Charalambos Proestos.
The final assessment, accompanied by detailed conclusions from the analyses performed in the laboratory, is made available to the consumer via a digital platform. There, each product acquires a unique QR code, which, upon scanning, provides immediate access to critical information such as safety, quality, potential adulteration, and/or authenticity.
If a product does not comply with European or National legislation, the corresponding certification is not provided, and a correction and re-evaluation process is followed.
CONSUMER VALUE
The term "consumer value" refers to the benefits a consumer receives from purchasing and using a product or service, compared to the cost they pay for it.
